The Swatch Group (Italy) S.p.A. is looking for new talents to join our Corporate stores under the SWATCH brand in Rome Cola di Rienzo as part-time 30 hours/full-time sales assistants, with a temporary contract. As a sales assistant, you will ensure an excellent sales experience for our customers, in terms of care and fulfillment of desires. You will contribute to achieving company goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales and after-sales assistance. You will participate in the organization of the store, ensuring that the sales floor, back office, and stock are always in order. Additionally, you will guarantee the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.
Profile
- You have experience in Retail (sales/returns management/orders etc.)
- You have a commercial orientation
- You are dynamic and flexible
- You are available to work in rotating shifts
- You have good interpersonal skills and good communication abilities
- You have a good ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction with them depending on the situation (e.g., handling objections and conflicts)
- You are a natural problem solver
Professional requirements

Languages
