You want to work in IT support - but not stand still? With us, you combine solid support skills with first steps towards system engineering.
IT Support (approx. 60%)- Together with your team (approx. 5 people), you support around 800 users in 1st and 2nd level support
- You classify and prioritise tickets and regularly take on the dispatcher role
- You work with modern tools such as Jira, Confluence, and remote solutions (e.g. TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- You ensure clear, solution-oriented communication with users
- You document thoroughly and comprehensibly
- You support IT projects related to workplace, infrastructure, and mobile devices
- You actively participate in the operation and monitoring of our IT systems
- You work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, VMware, and monitoring tools
- You take on ad-hoc tasks – from client and workplace issues to network tasks
- You manage modern workplace environments including mobile device management
- You work closely with experienced system engineers and develop your professional skills
- You contribute ideas and help continuously improve processes and systems
- You liaise with internal departments and act as a technical interface
- Education in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH) or a comparable practice-oriented background
- Initial experience in IT support and/or system environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows client environments, and Active Directory
- Azure, Intune, or MDM knowledge is a plus
- Ideally experience with Jira and Confluence
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in contact with users and interest in technical contexts
- Fluent German language skills
- Driving licence category B
