Project Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%
As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for national projects to increase efficiency, optimise processes, and innovate in the Existing Installations Sales Management area. You develop forward-looking concepts, ensure their rollout into Field Operations, and thus drive the continuous development of our existing installations business.
Tasks:
- Leading national projects in the Existing Installations Sales area, from conception to rollout in Field Operations
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting market data to identify new market opportunities in the Portfolio and REP areas
- Developing concepts and ensuring quality in the Existing Installations Sales area
- Leading interdisciplinary projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Introducing new processes and tools for Field Operations and supporting their implementation
- Continuously improving processes based on feedback from Field Operations and supporting training and educational activities
- Completed studies in Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in project management; experience in the service business and/or elevator industry is an advantage
- Very good German skills and good English skills; Italian and French skills are an advantage
- High personal responsibility and strong organisational skills
- Willingness for continuous improvement and to explore new paths
