Responsibilities:
Develop, operate and optimise workplace solutions for FAT and VDI
Design and further develop client configurations with Microsoft Intune and MS SCCM
Plan and carry out BIOS, firmware, driver and hardware updates
Implement security, compliance and hardening requirements and automate processes with PowerShell
Resolve faults and performance issues in 3rd level support and provide professional guidance to trainees
Qualifications:
ITC Federal VET Diploma and several years of experience in IT system engineering or IT infrastructure
Solid enterprise experience with Citrix, virtual desktops and Microsoft-based workplace solutions
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MS SCCM and PowerShell
Experience with hardware migrations, client updates, hardening and data security
Agile mindset and enthusiasm for stable, secure and continuously improved systems
