Introduction
The Adliswil school educates around 2200 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. For this responsible task, 450 employees work in 7 schools and various specialized services.
The Schule+ (school and care) is managed as a single operation under joint leadership. The Sonnenberg school is a QUIMS school with around 280 students, cared for and taught by about 50 employees. Currently, we run 3 kindergartens and 11 primary classes in year groups with the class teacher changing every two school years.
We are looking for a motivated person to start at the beginning of the 2026/2027 school year for the Nature Kindergarten Felsenegg as aClass Teacher for the Nature Kindergarten (45%)
The working days are:
- Mon / Tue each afternoon and Thu / Fri each morning (Option 1) or
- Tue afternoon / Wed morning (every 2 weeks), Thu / Fri each morning (Option 2)
What we expect from you
You have training as a kindergarten teacher (in training or completed). It is an advantage if you have additional training in nature pedagogy or intend to complete it. You are connected to nature, enjoy being outdoors, and are "weatherproof." You are open to dealing with heterogeneity and different cultures. You can work independently but are willing to collaborate closely and constructively within the school team. We also expect flexibility and commitment.
