For Meneo Energie SA, a company of Hälg Group, we are looking for a After-Sales Service Technician m/f in Neuchâtel – Marin-Epagnier.Your mission
- Maintenance and servicing work in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Troubleshooting
- On-call service
- Commissioning
- Quality assurance within your own area of expertise
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Appropriate use of communication tools (tablets, email) to immediately inform/document all interventions
- Team spirit and support for colleagues
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as heating, sanitary, ventilation fitter, electrician with experience in HVAC
- 5 years of experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, knowledge of Swiss techniques
- OIBT 15
- Valid driving licence B (car)
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- Flexible, autonomous and proactive
- Sense of responsibility
- Good listening skills and interpersonal ease
- Team spirit and support for colleagues
- Convey a positive image through the quality service provided to the customer
