For our client, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual for a demanding position in the kitchen area.

The sought person has solid expertise in kitchen management as well as experience in the diet kitchen.

A federal certificate is mandatory.

Kitchen Management with Federal Certificate is Mandatory

• Professional and organisational management of the kitchen area
• Planning, organisation and supervision of all kitchen processes
• Ensuring a high-quality, balanced and needs-based catering
• Preparation and control of diet and special meals taking into account individual nutritional needs
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality and food safety standards
• Responsibility for menu planning, inventory management and cost control
• Leadership, promotion and deployment planning of employees
• Ensuring efficient work processes and smooth cooperation with other departments

• Federal certificate or federal diploma in the kitchen sector or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience in brigades + 20 FTE, large kitchen experience
• Several years of professional experience in a leading kitchen role
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in the diet kitchen
• Experience in preparing special diets and dietary meals, ideally in healthcare
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work in a team
