About the job

As a Junior Business Controller, you support the Controlling department and management in financial steering.

Junior Business Controller

Your Tasks

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial planning
• Supporting the further development of management reporting
• Analysing revenue, cost and profitability developments
• Building and maintaining KPI dashboards in Power BI
• Ad-hoc analyses as well as profitability and investment calculations
• Supporting the preparation of the monthly CAPEX reporting

Your Skills

• Initial experience in controlling as well as knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
• Very good Excel skills, ideally experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g. NAV)
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high affinity for numbers
• Communicative, independent and solution-oriented personality with team spirit and initiative
• Affinity for digital, data-driven working methods as well as interest in AI, automation and process optimisation; industry experience in telecommunications is an advantage
• Completed studies or higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field
