Clerk Patient Administration Emergency (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your tasks
- Admission and recording of patient data
- Completion and dispatch of patient reports
- Requesting various documents and their dispatch
- Operation of the telephone switchboard in patient administration
- Processing and billing of medical reports
- Controlling service recording
Your profile
- Medical secretary, MPA or FaGe
- Hospital experience advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and excellent PC user knowledge
- Good manners, service-oriented personality with empathy for our patients
- Team-oriented nature and reliability
- Very good German skills, good foreign language skills advantageous (English, Italian, French)
- Willingness to work early and late shifts, weekends and public holidays
