About the job
For the areas of Home Treatment as well as the Central Registration of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You work, among other things, outreach in the interdisciplinary team in the counselling of mentally ill children, adolescents and their families on behalf of the responsible therapists
- You represent the social work expertise in the multiprofessional treatment team
- Collaboration and networking with authorities, offices and institutions
- Independent coordination of support services in cooperation with institutions, authorities, clients and relatives with the aim of limiting the adverse effects of a mental illness
- Searching for suitable follow-up solutions as well as discharge planning in cooperation with the patients and other persons
- Initiating support and/or protective measures in child protection cases
Profile
- You have a Bachelor of Arts from a University of Applied Sciences for Social Work or an equivalent qualification. Further training in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, child protection, case management or systemic counselling is desirable
- You bring professional experience in a similar or comparable environment and have experience in the field of children and adolescents
- You are open-minded and empathetic, enjoy working solution-oriented in a team and convince through your reliability, good organisation and flexibility
- You have a category B driving licence and are willing to actively visit families in the canton of Aargau with a company vehicle
- You speak and write German at least at C1 level and have very good communication skills. You are confident in using common Office applications
