As Head of HRM, you give this diversity direction and shape collaboration at the Cantonal Hospital of Graubünden together with your team of around forty people.





You are present, on equal footing, and know how to align different interests into a common HR orientation. At the same time, you want to actively shape strategy and operations and be truly close to the people? Perfect, then we look forward to your application by 16 October 2026!

These are your tasks

• You drive the further development of HR strategy, processes, structures, and instruments and set impulses for a modern, service-oriented HRM
• You lead the HRM area professionally and personally, develop it together with the department heads, delegate responsibility, and provide orientation
• You focus on employer attractiveness, securing skilled workers, personnel development, and culture
• You actively bring the HR perspective into corporate development, accompany change processes, and act as a sparring partner for managers at all levels

What you bring with you

• Experience in leading managers, ideally in a complex HRM environment, preferably in healthcare
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of the connections between people, organisation, economic efficiency, and service mandate
• Clear, binding, and audience-appropriate communication – you convince in dialogue, listen actively, and know how to reconcile different interests
• A confident and solution-oriented manner, even in demanding situations, high social competence, as well as knowledge of the relevant Swiss labour law and personnel management framework conditions
