- Management and supervision of projects and project teams in the area of renovations
- Leadership of renovation / extension as well as additional storeys and strengthening projects from feasibility study to realisation
- Acquisition and client support
- Independent development of solutions and strategies within the projects
- Support and preparation of structural calculations for inspections of existing buildings, interventions in the load-bearing structure, and the development of strengthening measures
- Proactive participation in the development of the entire specialist department
- Prospect of the role of deputy department head
- MSc in Civil Engineering (ETH, FH, TU, TH) and at least 5-10 years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in client support and acquisition
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable working style
- Initiative and team-oriented personality as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Confident and professional appearance
- Fluent German skills (spoken and written)
