For our Customer Care Center at the headquarters of Neuroth Hörcenter AG Switzerland in Zug, we are looking for a committed individual from October 2026 or by arrangement as

Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) German and French
100% workload

You are often the first contact with Neuroth and thus an important business card of our company. With your friendly and solution-oriented manner, you ensure that our customers feel well cared for from the very beginning.

This is what you achieve with us

• You support our customers in German and French by telephone and in writing.

• You arrange and coordinate appointments for hearing tests, consultations, and services in our hearing centres.

• You contact existing and potential customers as part of marketing and follow-up campaigns.

• You reliably maintain customer data and ensure high data quality.

• You support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to smooth customer care.

This is what you bring with you

• You enjoy telephoning and take pleasure in helping people.

• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and French.

• You think customer- and solution-oriented and remain friendly and clear even in lively moments.

• You bring experience in customer service and/or call centres.

• You work carefully, reliably, and are proficient in using digital tools and MS Office.
