The national umbrella organization coordinates and supports the activities of the affiliated member organizations in 17 cantons and represents the Blue Cross in the media and politics.
We are looking for a
Specialist Partnerships & Fundraising (60-80%)
starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Are you interested in actively shaping the future of the Blue Cross by building sustainable partnerships and securing long-term funding sources?
Your main tasks include
- Building and maintaining relationships with grant foundations, public authorities, and other institutions
- Developing and implementing concepts for corporate partnerships (e.g., Corporate Health, sponsorship for prevention campaigns such as Dry January®)
- Maintaining and further developing donor relationships
- Independently preparing and nationally coordinating project applications including reporting and impact assessments
- Contributing to and supporting the development of a professional CRM workflow for fundraising
- Advising our member organizations and developing synergies for fundraising within the overall association
You bring this profile
- Education in communication, business administration, non-profit management, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in fundraising and project management
- Experience in writing concepts and project applications as well as enjoyment in writing texts
- Independent, proactive, and initiative personality with good organizational and project management skills
- You enjoy networking, maintaining relationships, and confidently interacting with different stakeholders
- Analytical flair for numbers, budgets, and impacts as well as an interest in structured work with data
- Your interest in health and social issues and identification with our mission statement are assumed

As part of a committed team, you will work closely with the head of communication and fundraising. You will strategically develop fundraising and maintain effective relationships with funding partners, companies, and our donors. You will have plenty of freedom to implement your own ideas. In addition to a varied and interesting role, we offer you modern employment conditions. Your workplace is in Bern, a ten-minute walk from the main train station.
