What you can achieve
- Management and coordination of the entire project process from initiation to post-project phase as the leader of a project team
- Project planning and monitoring of costs and timelines
- Independent resource planning in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments
- Risk management and scope change management
- Stakeholder management and reporting
- Evaluation of customer enquiries in collaboration with ICT and Business Services organisations and the specialist departments
- Support for project and product transfers within the company and externally
What you bring with you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics (University/FH) or a comparable focus
- Experience in handling IT infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Experience or existing network with/to the Federal Office for Information Technology (BIT) is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, PMI, IPMA, Hermes)
- German at native speaker level
- Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills, quick comprehension, team and self-initiative; solution-oriented and assertive

With your project management skills, you lead and support the implementation of the project portfolio for internal company projects that build and further develop our service portfolio. Through close collaboration with various specialist departments and ICT units as well as through the planning of work packages and the necessary resources, you contribute to creating sustainable added value efficiently.
