Cast resin insulated medium voltage measuring transformers are at the centre of this demanding position. As Project Manager Product Development, you take on the technical responsibility for the further development of our products and the solution of complex challenges in cast resin insulation technology. In doing so, you connect our engineering team in Hirschthal/Aargau (CH) with our production site in Ankara-Akyurt (TR), develop innovative solutions and accompany their implementation up to series production. You can expect a versatile role with great creative freedom, international collaboration and the opportunity to significantly shape the future of our medium voltage measuring transformers.
The position can be performed from either our site in Hirschthal/Aargau (CH) or Ankara-Akyurt (TR). Intensive travel between both locations is indispensable.

What you do

• Technical product responsibility for our cast resin insulated medium voltage measuring transformers as well as their continuous development and optimisation
• Independent management of demanding product development projects from conception through prototype development to successful series production
• Development and optimisation of technical solutions, especially in the field of cast resin insulation technology, taking into account their practical feasibility
• Close coordination between our engineering team in Hirschthal and production in Ankara-Akyurt as well as ensuring efficient knowledge transfer
• Support and optimisation of manufacturing processes, prototype tests and technical inspections in close cooperation with quality assurance, test laboratory and other specialist departments
• Technical leadership of cross-site project teams and consistent implementation of technical decisions in coordination with the responsible persons on site
• Analysis of technical challenges, development of practical solutions and continuous improvement of our products and processes

What you bring

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years, ideally 5–8 years, of practical experience as a development engineer, product engineer or technical project manager in medium voltage technology, especially with measuring transformers, cast resin transformers or comparable products
• Sound knowledge of cast resin technology, especially its application as an electrical insulating medium, as well as experience with corresponding manufacturing and development processes
• Experience in independently implementing technical development projects, ideally from design to industrialisation and series production
• Experience in the technical leadership of project teams as well as pronounced assertiveness, also in an international production environment
• Strong hands-on mentality, analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical challenges independently and in a practical manner
• Very good German and Turkish skills for cross-site collaboration as well as good English skills
• High willingness for regular, also several weeks long stays at both sites in Switzerland and Turkey
