About the job
Graduated since December 2019 from the IFFM as a Montessori educator for 3-6 year olds, I am seeking employment.
My academic and associative paths have been the routes of my desire for knowledge and understanding of child development.
Naturally observant and attentive to children, I have always created strong bonds of trust with them as well as with their parents. Trained in compassionate communication (Faber and Mazlish), I am attentive to each individual and this quality is also appreciated within educational teams. Creative, hands-on and very curious, I know how to develop activities for children based on their interests and in response to individual development.
Passionate about life in the great outdoors, I have carried out numerous educational projects for children. Thus, I have been able to observe children becoming active participants within a mini-community they created. In this, the phrase "Free the child’s potential and you will transform the world with him" by Maria Montessori instantly spoke to me.
That is why today, I hope to convey the thought of Peace and Love wished for by Maria Montessori. I look forward to exchanging with you and am at your disposal for a future meeting.
