Customer Service Administrator

About the Position

As a Customer Service Administrator, you are the central administrative interface for international customers and manage the entire order processing process in the back office from quotation to delivery.

Your Tasks

• Create quotations: Independently prepare and process quotations for international customers.
• Record orders: Enter, check, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system (SAP).
• Create customs documents: Properly prepare and issue all necessary export and customs documents.
• Support customers: Fully accompany export customers in writing and administratively from A to Z.
• Coordinate interfaces: Work closely with internal departments such as logistics and sales to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support or service with technical understanding
• Export knowledge: Practical knowledge in complete order processing including the creation of customs documents
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office as well as practical experience with SAP / GTS S/4HANA
• Languages: Business fluent German and very good English in spoken and written form
• Working style: High level of reliability, precision, and independence

Nice-to-Have:

• Additional languages: Good knowledge of French
• Further training: Qualification or specialised training in foreign trade / export
