Health and Social Assistance EBA or SRK Care Assistant (m/f/d) – Inhouse Spitex

Workload 50% (flexibly deployable)

Working hours (depending on model):

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 11:00
• or flexible between 07:00 – 16:00 and 15:00 – 22:00

The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.

As part of this development, we are expanding our Inhouse Spitex. This enables our tenants to live independently in their own apartments within our complex – with the security of professional care in the background.

This is how you support us:

• You care for and accompany our clients in their apartments within our institution
• You assist with basic care and daily activities (personal hygiene, mobilisation)
• You specifically promote independence and resources
• You undertake assignments according to the deployment plan within the house
• You observe changes and report them reliably
• You document your assignments completely and comprehensibly
• You consistently adhere to quality and hygiene guidelines

This is how you convince us:

• You have completed training as Health and Social Assistance EBA or SRK Care Assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification
• You preferably have experience in Spitex or in an independent working environment
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• You cope well with changing situations and act pragmatically
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are flexible and enjoy contributing to the development
