This is what you will do:

• In your own portfolio, you ensure the implementation of the requirements of a renowned owner so that the financial statements, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets are entered correctly. In addition, you carry out, among other things, the top-down analysis of the quarterly and monthly financial statements using target/actual comparisons.
• As the central contact person for forecasts, you ensure the exchange of information and initiate the appropriate measures between all departments of Wincasa in case of deviations.
• You analyse the posted and entered figures, check financial statements and forecasts as well as the budget and ensure that the financial data is correct.
• You support colleagues in preparing their forecasts and budgets or assist them with accounting questions.
• Ongoing review and analysis of existing processes and development of optimisation proposals.

• A completed commercial apprenticeship is your foundation
• You have good accounting knowledge, experience in property management or controlling
• Ideally, you have at least five years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate environment, or in property management.
• Analytical thinking, an eye for detail and an independent working style characterise you.
• You remain structured, communicative and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
• You have a flair for numbers and analyses and are motivated to apply this in the real estate industry.
• Good oral and written skills in German, knowledge of French is an advantage
