- You define the services to be provided according to business management principles together with the customer
- You lead the offer and negotiation phase for the conclusion of service agreements or support sales in their development.
- You coordinate and monitor compliance with the agreed service agreements/levels across departments
- You periodically determine and review the life cycle cost relevant information and prepare it as a basis for decisions
- You negotiate, manage and monitor contracts, licenses, etc. with third-party companies in close cooperation with sales, purchasing and legal services
- You develop proposals for system improvements and reduction of life cycle costs
- You initiate changes and/or modifications based on events or experiences; you are a member of the corresponding board or lead it if necessary
- You provide technical support and supervise the maintenance department

- A completed technical basic education with further training at the level of higher technical school (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH), preferably in business administration or technical field
- Strong organizational skills, as well as confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Professional experience in customer service, services, maintenance, project business
- Knowledge of Swiss army logistics and processes is an advantage
- Stylistic German and good English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Entrepreneurially acting personality with analytical skills, combined with negotiation skills and persistence
