Who are we?
The Sarine District Court is the court of first instance responsible for the Sarine district in the canton of Fribourg. This bilingual court employs around sixty staff who contribute daily to the smooth functioning of justice and service to the public. It sits in civil and criminal matters and also assumes the responsibilities of several specialised jurisdictions, such as the Labour Court or the Tenancy Court.
