Compliance Officer (100%)
Area of responsibility
- Professional responsibility for monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal compliance requirements
- Management and coordination of regulatory and/or legally driven projects
- Support of the daily compliance business (openings, reviews, transaction clarifications, MROS reports, etc.)
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of relevant compliance processes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CH/DE)
- Support of the Head of Legal & Compliance in conducting and further developing risk analyses (compliance, money laundering, sanctions)
- Conducting monitoring and control activities and deriving measures
- Conducting training sessions
Education/Experience
- Completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) or equivalent education with specific further training (finance, project/process management or similar)
- Very good knowledge and relevant work experience in the areas of money laundering/terrorism financing prevention, sanctions for all relevant customer groups (including operational companies, trusts, foundations, etc.)
- Experience in the field of digital assets (crypto forensics) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Personal qualities
- Interest in new business areas and investment forms (crypto/DLT/blockchain, private market and indirect real estate investments)
- Open, team-oriented and resilient personality with very good communication skills within the team, with customers and authorities
- Independent, solution-oriented, precise and reliable way of working
