What you will achieve:

Ensuring regulatory excellence across the entire sales division (including review process and accreditation of new intermediaries)
Creation, review and management of sales contracts with partners
Responsibility for our internal control system and as risk controller
Support and expansion of the data protection concept
Simplification and automation of sales processes

In addition to a successfully completed university degree, ideally in a legal field, you already have some relevant work experience
You convince with your strong conceptual skills, combined with sales know-how as well as market- and customer-oriented thinking
You like to get stuck in, question existing processes and actively contribute to specialist discussions on legal and regulatory issues in sales
Your independence and strong implementation skills as well as your intrinsic motivation to take up topics and implement them operationally complete your profile
You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
