Commercial Property Manager 80-100% (all)

Your tasks

• Supporting property managers in administrative and technical matters
• Organising and conducting apartment viewings, inspections and handovers
• Managing condominium ownership including conducting meetings with minute-taking
• Handling dunning processes, case management for arrears, tenant and neighbour disputes
• Assisting with property accounting, coding, processing and further charging of creditor invoices
• Preparing rental contracts, obtaining references, liaising with tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
• Master data entry and processing
• Flexible with the willingness to take on other exciting tasks

Your profile

• Mandatory: Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in the property sector
• Desirable: relevant further training and a federal specialist certificate as a property manager is an advantage
• Confident German, fluent English skills and any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, ideally GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, Abacus or Rimo
• Service-oriented, quick comprehension, high commitment
• Driving licence category B, mobility is an advantage
• Team player, sense of responsibility, resilience and hands-on attitude
• Precise, independent and proactive working style
• Friendliness, reliability and flexibility
