• Completed commercial or industry-related (health sector) training as well as solid sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• VBV training completed or willingness to complete it as soon as possible
• Local roots and place of residence advantageous
• Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
• High initiative, a success-oriented attitude and a high degree of empathy
• Enjoyment of customer contact and active sales
• Strong advisory competence characterised by a high customer and service orientation
• Fluent oral and written expression in German, any additional language an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
