We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Clerk / Office Administrator and Quality Management Assistant 80-100% for our company in Lausen. Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support of reception - Assistant activities for the - Communication with driver personnel, customers and quality management
business partners in German and English - Conducting and accompanying audits (internal (general correspondence / written communication including and external) translations (German, English) - Customer audits; internal QM audits; external - Administrative support in human resources supplier audits
- Administrative support and processing of personnel (entry, exit, medical appointments, system setup in IT:)
- Follow-up of documentation after the audit - Training in Secova system (conducting, monitoring and providing assistance to drivers) - Tracking defined actions and reminders if necessary
You bring with you
- General office work and assistant activities for management - Commercial or comparable training with at least 3 years on instruction
- Communication with customers and business partners - Assistance in conducting billing and dunning processes - Good language skills / German and English spoken and written - Good IT skills, confident handling of common Office applications - Preparation and minute-taking at meetings / meetings / teleconferences / team meetings
- Neat appearance and manners
- Solid basic knowledge of Quality Management
