Your Tasks
- Support in the entire personnel administration and maintenance of personnel files
- Management and updating of all personnel data and changes
- Preparation of employment contracts and other personnel-related documents
- Invitation of candidates to trial days and interviews
What You Bring
- Ideally an HR further education as HR assistant or a commercial basic education
- Experience with REXX, Swiss Salary and PEP time recording system is an advantage
- Very good PC skills as well as German language skills in spoken and written form
- High service orientation and friendly appearance
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and independent working style
