Complementing this offer, the Residence provides 30 studios located just behind the Novotel. Our team, working for these two entities, thus ensures quality service and a memorable experience for our clients.
Job Description
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (Reception and night administrative work)
- Ensures guests receive a warm, efficient welcome in line with the establishment’s quality standards
- Performs computer and administrative procedures related to check-in/check-out on the hotel’s IT system
- Verifies client guarantees and reservations
- Ensures follow-up of guests’ stays by communicating important information to colleagues and superiors and by verifying guarantees
- Answers telephone calls and occasionally takes reservations
- Maintains, verifies and controls their personal cash register
- Responds to various guest requests and follows up to ensure their satisfaction
- Provides guests with tourist information
- Completes various projects assigned by management
- Applies procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel regarding guest control and personal security
- Ensures special guest requests are passed on to the relevant departments
- Embodies the Heartist spirit in interactions with guests
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and a second language according to hotel needs
- Service and hospitality mindset
- Passion for the customer
- IT skills (word processing and spreadsheets, OPERA)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication (internal and with guests)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and initiative
- Attention to detail
- Organisation and rigour
- Flexibility and versatility
