Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Architecture / Overall Project Management for the development, planning and realisation of demanding construction projects. You will lead diverse projects in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction from the concept phase to implementation and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams. In addition to architectural and technical quality, you are responsible for costs, deadlines and planning processes and develop economical and sustainable solutions. Modern digital working methods with BIM, ArchiCAD, Solibri and CDE platforms have a special significance.
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of demanding architecture and overall planning projects from concept development to realisation
Assumption of overall project management and leadership of interdisciplinary teams from architecture, engineering and specialist planning
Control of projects regarding quality, costs, deadlines and planning progress
Development of architecturally high-quality, technically well thought-out and economical solutions
Handling diverse projects in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist disciplines
Leadership and management of external specialist planners, experts and project partners
Ensuring coordinated project, approval and execution planning
Application of modern BIM and model-based planning and coordination methods
Conducting model coordination and quality checks, for example with Solibri
Use and further development of CDE-based project processes for information and document management
Participation in the development and implementation of digital pilot projects and new planning standards
Qualifications:
Education as Architect FH/ETH or Technician HF Construction Planning Architecture
Several years of experience in planning and project management of demanding construction projects
Sound knowledge in project management, overall planning and interdisciplinary planning coordination
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure construction
Knowledge of ArchiCAD, Solibri and BIM-based model coordination is an advantage
Experience with CDE platforms, for example Trimble Connect, is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
