Financial & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as in management reporting
• Analysis, reconciliation and continuous development of financial processes
• Creation, maintenance and further development of financial evaluations and reports
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects as well as financial projects
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and business evaluations
• Active support in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as the further implementation of Swiss GAAP FER

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (FH, HF or professional certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, especially in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
• High process and IT affinity as well as interest in digital financial processes
• Analytical, structured and precise way of working
• Independent, initiative and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit

• Responsibility and scope for design: Bring in your ideas and actively shape our financial processes. In addition, you have the opportunity to actively help shape the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as the further development of the finance organisation.
