Accountant with Payroll Function 80-100%

Your main tasks include:

• Managing payroll accounting in Abacus
• Monitoring compliance with GAV regulations in the field of security services
• Managing financial accounting in Abacus
• Recording and monitoring creditors
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns
• Supporting invoicing and dunning processes
• Preparing annual accounts and quarterly financial statements
• Supporting audits by various control bodies
• Managing liquidity planning
• Processing and supporting budget preparation

For this role you bring:

• Very good knowledge of the ERP software Abacus (payroll accounting, creditors/debtors, personnel and order management)
• A completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or comparable further training
• At least three to four years of professional experience in managing payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge in the area of IT applications (Office 365)
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
• Italian and French language skills are an advantage
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong flair for numbers
• A very precise and efficient working style
• Strong communication skills, resilience, reliability, discretion and loyalty
