HR Business Partner in Corporate Functions

Your main tasks:

- Shaping a proactive Business Partner role throughout the entire HR Life Cycle (excluding payroll)
- Sparring partner and thus support and assistance for the Corporate Functions at the headquarters in Zurich Altstetten on operational and strategic topics
- Creative and professional acquisition of talents at all levels
- Case management in cooperation with occupational health management
- Collaboration/responsibility for selected HR topics and projects that go beyond the supported area
- Usual administrative tasks

Your profile:

- Education and training in HR (FA, HF, FH level)
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Very good communication skills, high service and solution orientation
- Independent, proactive, and structured way of working – you are a doer
- Fluent German as well as good English and French skills are desired
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
