Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will design a modern, secure, and globally oriented modern workplace environment. You will combine Microsoft 365 technologies, process automation, and AI, and accompany solutions from conception to productive deployment.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the further development of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive including information architecture, permissions, and governance
You design and implement digital applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
You automate business processes in collaboration with production, R&D, and quality management
You further develop Power Platform governance and establish standards for environment management, ALM, and lifecycle processes
You implement AI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and transition successful prototypes into productive operation
You develop policies for the safe and responsible use of AI
You introduce new Microsoft technologies into the organisation and support rollouts, training, and user adoption
You further develop the digital workplace roadmap in a regulated environment and advise departments as well as management
You coordinate external service providers, support the professional development of the engineering team, and take on complex support cases at second level
Qualifications:
You have a computer science education, a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience
You bring at least five years of experience with Microsoft 365, especially in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform
You have solid knowledge in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
You are familiar with governance, permission models, environment management, and ALM
You use PowerShell or Microsoft Graph for automations
You are interested in AI and ideally have already worked with Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot
Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Purview, or SPFx/TypeScript is a plus
You speak very good German and have English skills
