Minerva Switzerland with locations in Aarau, Baden, Basel, Bern, Lucerne and Zurich is part of the Kalaidos Education Group Switzerland. All courses are federally recognized and broadly anchored both in vocational education and in the economy. As a vocational school, Minerva aims to sustainably promote the professional and vocational skills of its learners.
In Aarau, we train apprentices in the commercial EFZ program. The teaching is carried out according to the current requirements of the KV reform, whereby independent work, practical transfer and competence-oriented learning are central components. Structured teaching materials and a clear semester plan support the learners in their progress.
For the upcoming semester starting on February 9, 2026, we are looking for a committed
Teacher for the Subject French
The scope is about 7 lessons per week, with the intention of long-term cooperation. The days of deployment are negotiable.
The position is also very suitable for students in the field of French who want to gain first teaching experience or enter the education profession.
Requirements profile
- ideally teaching diploma for vocational or matriculation schools or degree in education
- enjoy working with young adults in the EFZ area
- openness to didactic reduction, modern learning forms and cooperative working methods
- willingness to actively live the Minerva learning concept and try new things
- practical orientation, solution orientation and professional attitude
