Export & Customer Service Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development competence and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision and innovative strength are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries regarding prices and delivery times
Record international orders and accompany them until shipment
Prepare shipping orders and necessary customs documents
Administratively support customs processes for cross-border goods movements
Implement requirements from changes in customs law in daily business
Record returns and initiate financial corrections
Coordinate delivery information with production planning
Ensure administrative deputising for the customer service management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in export
Several years of practice in international order processing
Good knowledge of EU goods traffic and relevant customs regulations
Understanding of preference and origin rules
Confident use of ERP and MS Office systems
Experience with digital customs, shipping or freight forwarding solutions
Reliable working style and confident handling of international business partners
German at a very good level as well as French and English in professional everyday life
