- Carrying out care tasks according to BEKO SEM and the UMA care manual
- Planning and conducting various leisure activities and educational offerings (including weekends and evenings)
- Implementing prescribed workflows in the areas of accommodation care, clothing supply, catering, and household tasks. Supporting the structuring and shaping of daily life and joint activities such as household management, leisure activities, and learning
- Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts, and providing support in difficult situations
- Organizing, planning, and executing administrative tasks. Creating reports, maintaining files, and ensuring the flow of information

Requirements
- Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (FH or HF)
- Practical experience in the field of child and youth care (at least 6 months at 100%)
- Team ability, high social competence, and sense of responsibility
- Composure in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
- Organizational talent and planning ability
- Strong empathy
- Initiative and personal responsibility
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in the debt collection or criminal records)
