These are your tasks
- Continuously update visualization and designs of the control system
- Quickly resolve control system malfunctions together with suppliers and internal IT
- Install, configure, and maintain remote control systems in energy networks
- Plan and coordinate operational tasks in the control system area efficiently
- Optimize processes within the organizational unit and at interfaces such as the control center
- Support and actively shape strategic and operational projects
- Gradually grow into the role of deputy team leader, take on responsibility, and support the team with expertise, foresight, and team spirit
What distinguishes you
- Basic electrical engineering training with EFZ (electronics technician, automation technician, electrician, or business IT specialist)
- Further education in control/informatics/telematics (HF or federal professional examination)
- Good knowledge of network basics, protocols, and topologies
- Several years of experience in a leadership role as well as a specialist in a technical function
- Experience with infrastructure operational systems such as systems for network monitoring or facilities for IT/OT network technology
- Interest in further developing your leadership skills – if needed also through coaching, personal training, and internal courses
