The company has already existed for 100 years and employs around 50 staff as well as a handful of apprentices. You will receive a lot of responsibility and active support.

• As Construction Manager or Head of Client Works you create measurements as well as supplementary offers and site invoices, take care of AVOR and lead the site documentation. In addition, you maintain and develop the client base. You use digital tools confidently and purposefully.
• As Foreman you devote yourself entirely to new construction. You independently manage construction sites and guarantee timely and qualitatively flawless execution, including reporting. You schedule inventory and materials, instruct your teams and reliably ensure occupational safety and environmental protection.

The foundation of your professional biography is your basic technical training in construction as well as your experience in the construction industry – ideally in Swiss building construction. Depending on the role, you have completed a construction manager or foreman school, although this could also be completed afterwards. Besides passion for high-quality construction, the following personal skills are important:

• Strong sense of responsibility and independence
• Quality awareness and reliability
• Appreciative, open interaction with team and clients
• Confident German – spoken and written
• Advantageous: Driving licence category B
