About the job
Your new role
In this versatile position, you support urban planning with organisational and administrative tasks. You coordinate meetings, events, and participation procedures, edit reports, contribute to budget, finance, and controlling tasks as well as personnel administration. Through your structured way of working, you significantly contribute to efficient processes in the daily operations of urban planning and promote constructive collaboration.
You coordinate the ICT concerns of urban planning and are the first point of contact for IT topics. By managing reception, telephone, and office organisation, you also ensure a professional appearance both internally and externally. Ideally, you are present on site from Monday to Thursday.
This position is for you if you
- have a commercial or equivalent qualification.
- bring professional experience in administration, assistance, or office management.
- have very good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and enjoy digital topics.
- work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- possess confident written and oral communication skills.
- have strong organisational skills, a high service orientation, and appreciate contact with different people.
- like to take responsibility and support the operation of urban planning as a central contact person.
