About the job

For our Quality Management department, we are looking for a technically skilled and determined individual!

Your day at Studer Cables:

• Recording, documenting and managing faults, deviations and quality defects in our CAQ software
• Analysing causes of faults in collaboration with the specialist departments (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D method)
• Technical and organisational support in identifying measures using appropriate Q-tools as well as specialist and product knowledge
• Initiating, coordinating and monitoring immediate, corrective and preventive actions with the respective specialist departments
• Preparing quality reports e.g. 8D and evaluations such as quality indicators and error rates

This is you:

• Training as a QS technician or technician with additional training in the quality field
• Experience in quality assurance or complaint management
• Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving techniques
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP/CAQ systems
