Internal Sales Employee, in the Cable Management Sector, 80-100% (m/f)

LANZ is a 100-year-old family business with around 90 employees and the market-leading Swiss manufacturing and trading company (sheet metal processing) for cable management materials, busbars, and products for electrical workplace access. Successfully active domestically and abroad.

To complement our team, we are looking for an Internal Sales Employee 80-100% (m/f) by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You advise our customers on the entire product range including services
• You competently and solution-orientedly handle telephone enquiries in German and, if possible, in French / Italian
• You prepare quotations and follow them up
• You provide technical information and process customer orders
• You actively support the field sales team
• You maintain data in the CRM
• As an interface to other departments, you work independently and as part of a team

Your Profile

• You have training as an electrician or an electrotechnical background
• You have commercial training or further education
• You have a good technical understanding
• You manage customer contact with good German skills and preferably with French / Italian skills
• You are interested in ERP and CRM Business Central and ideally already familiar with it
• You are proactive, motivated, and ready to go the extra mile for our customers
