WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• You independently manage financial and payroll accounting and are responsible for VAT
• You prepare interim and annual financial statements for companies from various industries
• You advise our clients on a wide range of issues related to accounting, payroll administration, social insurance, and taxes
• You are a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and create real added value for their decisions
• You coach the clerks assigned to your mandates
• You work directly with the mandate-responsible partners and benefit from their expertise
• You actively contribute to the further development of our digital processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• Federal diploma in trust accounting or finance and accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g. Bachelor in Business Administration)
• Several years of professional experience in the trust accounting field
• Enjoyment of digital working methods and interest in modern solutions
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• High customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
