Your tasks

Telephone order acceptance and competent customer advice

Processing customer orders via online shop, telephone and e-mail

Advice and support in the area of regular deliveries

Maintenance and updating of article and customer data

Supporting the team with administrative tasks

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training

Experience in sales back office or a comparable customer-oriented role

Good MS Office skills

Independent, resilient and customer-oriented personality

Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
