You ensure the reliable operation of our network and system platforms and continuously develop them further.
You analyse complex fault patterns at the 3rd level and develop sustainable solutions across system boundaries.
You automate operational processes, optimise technical procedures, and introduce new approaches to modernise the infrastructure.
You accompany technology projects from conception to implementation and take on technical responsibility.
You work closely with internal specialists and external service providers and ensure availability in a rotating on-call service.
Qualifications:
You have IT or network training or a comparable practical qualification.
You have sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and professional network components.
Ideally, you are familiar with Linux/Unix, DNS, virtualisation, or automation.
You are enthusiastic about modern technologies, continuously learn, and approach technical challenges analytically.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a committed team; a category B driving licence is available.
