ERP Consultant Finance & HR (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you support existing customers on topics around ERP, finance and human resources as well as time, CRM, HRM and databases, thus directly contributing to efficient digital processes. You work independently, digitally and location-independently, using modern tools to implement projects in a structured and reliable manner. You maintain close communication with experienced consultants and developers who share their knowledge and drive solutions forward together with you. You benefit from an open, collegial collaboration where mutual support and constructive interaction are lived daily.
Responsibilities:
- You support customers in the daily operation of their ERP system in finance and human resources
- In this role, you significantly contribute to renewal and improvement projects with customers
- As an ERP Consultant Finance and Human Resources, you build up and manage a new customer segment together with the team
- You accompany customers step-by-step in migrating to a modern ERP and adapt the system to their needs
- In this role, you analyse and document customers’ processes and advise them fairly to their advantage
- As an ERP Consultant Finance and Human Resources, you are the direct point of contact for your customers and support them on-site or remotely
Qualifications:
- You have completed an IT education (business informatics, business analyst programmer) or a higher commercial education
- You have initial professional experience and are interested in business software solutions and processes
- Ideally, you already have ERP system knowledge
- You recognise customer needs, develop suitable solutions and enjoy working with people
- You work in a structured and independent manner and can handle a lot of personal responsibility
- You are open to new things, want to continuously develop yourself, take responsibility for your ideas and are a team player
