Your area of responsibility:

• You advise our customers with your open, competent and charming manner and ensure that they feel welcome and well cared for.
• As a Schlossberg brand ambassador, you offer our customers a sustainably inspiring customer experience.
• Thanks to your charisma and passion for our products, you make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
• You design the visual merchandising at the POS, inspiring our customers to purchase our exclusive products.

Your experience:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and have several years of experience in upscale specialist retail, preferably in home textiles.
• You possess a sales talent with a pronounced customer- and service-oriented manner as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
• You have excellent communication skills and are very proficient in German and English; additional national languages and/or Russian are an advantage.
