Team Leader Digitalisation 80–100%

We are looking for an innovative personality for the Tariffs, Digitalisation and Quality (TDQ) department by agreement as Team Leader Digitalisation 80–100%.

This role combines operational team leadership with strategic trend analysis, project portfolio management and active stakeholder management. At its core, it is about recognising technological developments in healthcare, assessing their relevance for pharmacies and translating them into concrete digitalisation projects - in close coordination with the other departments of the head office and representing pharmaSuisse in interprofessional committees.

Your responsibilities

• Personnel and operational management of the Digitalisation team
• Planning, prioritising and managing the digitalisation project portfolio
• Implementation of the digitalisation strategy
• Monitoring and analysing technological trends in healthcare with a focus on the pharmacy profession and deriving concrete fields of action and recommendations
• Participation in interprofessional working groups and sitting on representative committees on behalf of the Swiss Pharmacists Association pharmaSuisse
• Proactive market analysis for innovations, research and digitalisation ideas relevant to pharmacies
• Advising and supporting other project managers on digitalisation topics

Internal and external stakeholder management of digitalisation - building synergies and cooperation

Your profile

• Completed tertiary education (FH/Uni or HF) in business, medical informatics or a related field
• Several years of proven expertise in digitalisation and project management
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or association environments
• Further training in Digital Health or Digital Transformation is an advantage
• Understanding of the Swiss healthcare system (KVG, tariff structures) is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solution-oriented working style
• Existing network with various healthcare actors is an advantage

Fluent German and good French skills
