Inhouse Spitex Deputy Specialist Responsibility
60-80% (f/m) Focus on Early Shift
Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process
- Responsibility for careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
- Conducting conversations and accompanying therapeutic processes with the aim of promoting the affected persons in independent everyday life
- Consultation and support of relatives
- Instruction, coaching and advising of employees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with desirable experience in a Spitex organisation
- Customer-friendly, empathetic and appreciative behaviour towards all
- Good IT user skills (ROOT Perigon Spitex and RAI-HC required)
- High social competence, good communication skills, resilience and flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
