Your Tasks
Senior medical management of the private ward D1 for older adults as well as further development of the specialised therapy offerings, both in collaboration with the ward nursing manager. As a supervisor and trainer, you are responsible for the personnel management of the assistant medical and psychological staff under your supervision and provide regular psychiatric and psychotherapeutic supervisions.
As a senior physician, you will proportionally participate in the senior medical on-call service of the clinic as well as the Saturday rounds for patients with supplementary insurance.
Your Profile
We expect you to have several years of inpatient psychiatric experience with completed psychotherapeutic training, or advanced psychiatric and psychotherapeutic training as well as the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or eligibility for the specialist title). Furthermore, we expect interest and enthusiasm for the best possible, guideline-compliant, and service-oriented patient care as well as for team-oriented leadership activities.
